If you have already written a diploma in the subject you're upgrading, you will need to order your own diploma. Follow the instructions below.

You must first sign in with your education account. If you don't have a My Pass account yet, and you require the ASN (Alberta School Number), our registrar can supply that for you. Use your personal email to create your account. There are videos to help support you in creating an account.
When you are in Mypass choose the button Diploma Exams and then click on "Register to rewrite" within the course that you are rewriting.
- Your name will appear in the drop-down menu... you hit Next
- Next to Exam Session you will see a drop-down menu... you must choose the date you are writing the exam (ie: January, June, etc.). Be sure you've selected the correct year.
- You will prompted to choose your language... you would choose English
- You will be prompted to choose your course...you choose the course(s) you are rewriting
- You will be prompted to choose your writing centre. You choose St. Gabriel Education Centre - Code 0378.
- You will be asked for name of contact from school... you enter: Renee Trottier, principal
- There is a cost of $26.25 to rewrite. Please register as soon as possible.
