Post Secondary Information

King's College

FALL 2023 APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN!
The King's University is now accepting applications for Fall 2023!

If you have students that are interested in beginning their post-secondary studies at King's next September, please encourage them to apply. Students can learn how to apply on our website.

Please Note: We can offer initial admission to students that have honours (80%+) marks in five approved Grade 11 Courses. Otherwise, we need marks for at least three approved Grade 12 Courses (final or interim) to make an admission decision.

FALL OPEN HOUSE & OTHER VISIT EVENTS

This semester, we are offering several online and in-person visit events for students and parents:

FALL OPEN HOUSE: Drop in tomorrow (October 15) from 10:00am to 2:00pm (MT) to take a campus tour, connect with current students and professors, and apply for free!

ADMISSIONS ONLINE SESSIONS: Offered on the first Wednesday of each month between October and June, these hour-long online sessions provide an opportunity to learn more about King's from the comfort of your own home. They include a presentation from our Admissions Officers and a Q&A with current students. Register at kingsu.ca/visit.

CAMPUS VISITS:
These immersive events, which take place on October 28, January 27, February 24, and March 24, are an opportunity for students to experience life on campus. Sign up to come to campus in the morning, afternoon, or both! Guests can also attend an optional lunchtime application session. There are music program specific Campus Visits for prospective music students on November 4 and March 10. Register at kingsu.ca/visit.

BOOK A VISIT TO YOUR SCHOOL!
Our Admissions Officers have hit the road! If you are interested in booking a visit to your school (online or in-person), please reply to this email! We are happy to book presentations, booths, or one-on-one meetings with interested students.

Please Note: We have limited in-person availability outside of the greater Edmonton area. We still welcome inquiries from out-of-town and out-of-province schools for in-person visits; however, online visits may be the best option, depending on our Admissions Officers' schedules.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Have a great rest of your week!
